Check out the Tampa Bay Times article on the thrift shop, Thrifty Dog, which claims it will donate all proceeds beyond operating expenses to animal rescue and pet care organizations. This is a great example of a social entrepreneurship enterprise, where the owner has a triple bottom line of people, planet, and profit. Are there any problems involving people or the environment that you would like to solve? Consider a business you could start to solve that problem. What good or service would you provide? How does it provide an income (profit) for you? How can you help people? How can you do something for the planet?
