According to this video from the Tampa Bay Times Newspaper in Education, an ordinance was passed in Shawano, Wisconsin that allows police to fine the parents of bullies. All forms of bullying, including cyber-bullying, to anyone under the age of 18, falls under this ordinance. What do you think? Watch the video to discover the details.
