However, there are many worthwhile legitimate charities that need help. Consumer education and research is essential! Tell students to conduct research on 3-5 charities they think are legitimate. Compare and contrast the different charities. Evaluate the costs and benefits of the different choices. Which charity do you think is the best choice? Why?
